Q: If my car is not drivable can I contact River City Auto Body to have my car towed to your facility?
A: Yes. River City Auto Body can make arrangements to have your car towed to our facility.

 Q: Can River City Auto Body set up a rental car for me?
A: Yes. Contact River City Auto Body and let them know that you will need a rental car. Let them know what time you will be arriving and they will make the arrangements for you.

Q: Is River City Auto Body a direct repair shop for any insurance company?
A: River City Auto Body is a direct repair shop for many major insurance and fleet companies. Contact River City Auto Body to find out if we are a direct repair shop for your insurance company.

Q: If River City Auto Body is not a direct repair shop for my insurance company can I still bring my car to them?
A: Yes. Your insurance company cannot require you to take your car to a specific shop. You have the right to choose the shop of your choice.

Q: If I am not going to go through insurance can I still bring my car to River City Auto Body?
A: Yes. River City Auto Body does a lot of work for customers that do not want to go through their insurance.
